During high order volume times it may take us longer to respond as we research and respond to each individual inquiry. Please note our office is not open on weekends or during holidays.

We do not offer customer service via phone. We receive a high volume of inquiries per day and it is more cost effective (allowing us to keep costs down for you) to answer those inquiries via email. This enables us to get your products to you quicker by not taking us away from processing orders during the day. ~ If you have multiple email addresses for us, please only use one of them ~ if several of our addresses are copied at once it will land in our spam folder and we want to receive your important note. PAYMENT ~ You may pay with Visa, Matercard, Discover or Paypal at checkout. Due to the nature of our business (each order being made to order Customized Items) your payment will be processed immediately upon submitting your order. We will then process and ship your order according to the shipping method you selected. Please contact us if you need specific information about your order.
** ARRIVAL TIMES ** If you need a package quickly for an event, please put that event date in the comments section at checkout and select either Expedite or Rush shipping. This will put your order ahead of others in line for processing.
PROCESSING TIME ** Is typically 3 to 8 days. During the holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Halloween & Valentines) processing time alone can take up to 7 to 14 days, then the ship time you select. Our holiday times start about 8 weeks prior to the actual holiday date. So during the 4 to 8 weeks leading up to a holiday date you can expect to see those processing times increase. Orders are processed in the order received, unless Rush service is selected which places it ahead of standard orders in processing.

We are currently offering Free Standard Shipping on domestic orders of $25 or greater with our new discount shipping method which offers 1 to 2 week delivery at a discounted rate ranging from $2.50 to Free!
Our shipping times are listed below to give you a reference of our processing/ship time. However, please keep in mind during high volume times such as holidays you can expect to see those times increase as processing time fluctuates with order volume. Holiday processing usually begins 6 to 8 weeks prior to the Holiday. We process standard shipping orders in the order received. We will post when our processing times are increased. Shipping Methods:Standard Shipping - Typically 1 week for Domestic shipments.
Discounted 1 to 2 Week Shipping - Free first class shipping on domestic orders of $25 or over. Orders under $25 receive a discounted rate ranging from $2 to free.
Rush Shipping - 3 to 4 business days. This moves your order ahead of standard and expedite orders in processing plus upgrades your shipping to 2 - 3 day shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ~ 4 to 6 Weeks. We can NOT guarantee delivery times on International orders due to the amount of time it may take to get through Customs. Most International orders are received within 3 weeks, however it can take up to 6 or longer if Customs has a large volume of packages to pass through. For this reason, we are unable to offer Expedite or Rush services for International orders.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ~ If you are unhappy with an item please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt at support@youruniquebowtique.com so we can work out a resolution with you. Custom items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. If you return a package you received free shipping on, you will be refunded your purchase prices minus our shipping costs of $4 - $12. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing, customer will be responsible for shipping fees to ship product back to us as well as shipping fees for us to resend a new size. We are not able to switch sizes on custom items. Please contact us if you need help with sizing prior to ordering. We do want you to be happy with your purchase and will work to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us.
